Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday felicitated Tokyo Olympics silver medallist Ravi Dahiya by presenting him ‘Samman Rashi’ of Rs 2 crore and appointing the wrestler as assistant director within the Sports activities Division.
