Paul McCartney Plays the Ed Sullivan Theater

Paul McCartney made his first ever appearance on the Letterman Show last night. Before the show, the golden-god played atop the marquee of the Ed Sullivan Theater — the venue where The Beatles made their musical debut some 40 years ago — and over looking a massive crowd, McCartney and his current band performed five songs; a mix between Firemen and old-Beatles songs.
Check out the performance of Helter Skelter below:
While inside with Letterman, McCartney charmed the audience with Beatles-talk and went along with Letterman’s jokes.
