John Lennon Biopic: Watch Nowhere Boy Trailer

So we know we’re not always as up to date on all the new films like our sister site, ScreenCrave, is but if there is a biopic being made about a musician – specifically about one of the most famous musicians of all time – we’d like to think we’d be right on it. Unfortunately, that’s not the case for the John Lennon biopic, Nowhere Boy.

We’re not alone though. Even among all the crazy reincarnation of Beatlemania through lavish box sets and the booming Rock Band business deals, the film was kept quite on the down low until it recently premiered at the London Film Festival. What we know now (via TwentyFourBit) is that the film features John Lennon’s actual voice which are taken from interview recordings.

Aaron Johnson stars as Lennon (and looks nothing like the musician), but see if the trailer below entices you!
