Fierce Workout
Hi everyone,
I missed my workout yesterday, because I didn’t sleep the night before and was exhausted. Today I did an older workout and beat my personal best for this routine. I can’t tell you how great I felt, and what a sense of accomplishment I felt, beating my old personal best for this workout. Those minutes that I shaved off of the time represent some serious progress for me. You can check out the first time that I did this workout and my original time here. I have been reminding you of how important it is to keep an exercise journal and mark down your results for each workout. Keeping a journal makes tracking your progress possible. So why is keeping track of your personal best important? Knowing that you have a certain time to beat gives you a target and a goal to aim for. If you are competing against yourself and always pushing to do better you will never hit plateau, which means that your body will keep responding to your workouts. Keep your journal handy and enjoy the feeling of beating your own personal records.
Best,
Zuzana.
