Detroit Film Critics 2009 Nominees Announced

Today my hometown of Detroit, Michigan put in their two cents regarding the top films and actors of 2009. The Detroit Film Critics have released their official nominations list, and it’s full of surprises. While the group offered some unexpected shutouts, they also gave recognition to others who’ve been steadily overlooked. Some of the most shocking appearances include The Hangover, Zombieland, and Star Trek.
