Commentary
Iran is in the grip of a popular uprising. I do not put much hope in this. Mir Hossein Mousavi, who lost the election, was the person responsible 15 years ago FOR STARTING IRAN’S NUCLEAR PROGRAM! So pick your poison: Mousavi or Ahmadinejad. The Ayatollahs run the country and the president is just a figurehead. What the president says does reflect the thinking of the Ayatollahs. The Ayatollahs will use whatever force needed to end the rioting. I cannot see outside countries getting involved. I see no change in Iran.
Carter helping Hamas open talks with White House Jimmy Cater is a national disgrace. I am embarrassed by what he says and does, especially with Israel. I think that the Israelis should bar him from the country. He should be placed on the terrorist list.
A nuclear-free world? Not yet. When I study Bible prophecy and the events that are going to take place, it is apparent to me that nuclear weapons will not be used in Ezekiel 38, Zechariah 14 and Revelation 16. What I think is going to happen is that nuclear weapons will be used in the upcoming Middle East war. This will so upset the world that there will be nuclear disarmament. This coming war will usher in a world government and economy. It is the upcoming war which will turn the world upside down and set the stage for the end time prophecy. I believe that this war is VERY close.
